I am considering buying one of these cake levellers. Does anyone own one? Is it worth the $$$? There is a Double and a single. Is the double necessary or would the single be just as handy? Are these ever for sale second-hand? Anyone?

Regarding second hand - I've never seen it but you could check eBay (I'd never sell mine!)

I don't think you will find a used one very often as I've been looking on ebay forever for one and have had no luck. I'm saving up for one. If you do a lot of torting the double is the way to go.
