we are not so happy to see a sliding icing in our cuppies... we used a scratch chocolate recipe with eggs, oil, milk, and the likes and topped it with a simple royal icing that is soft in the inside... what do you think went wrong? why did the icing slide down? help! we are horrified to see it... unfortunately we were not able to take a pic... and good thing it is just for our consumption... any comments are very much welcome here...

My buttercream has slipped before but that was only after sitting in a warm area for a few hours. Normally I don't have that problem unless its hot. I don't know what to do though to change that from happening either.
