Hi,
I am new to posting but have been lurking for months. There is so much good info posted on these boards! I am making a similar cake to this one. The bride wants the ganache drips like this on the sides. There is no ganache on the top and it looks like they kind of piped it on the sides? Anyone done this and can share how? Thanks for your help! Photo was provided by bride and I don't know where she got it or I would give the owner credit

I just fill a pipette with ganache and then drip it down the sides...
