I am making a cake for a female janitor who is retiring at my school. I want to make something that is less traditional than a typical retirement cake. Do you have any ideas for a cake like this? She says she wants to rest and maybe travel when she retires.

you could go with the convertible on the road (map of USA board)and have all her equipment , trash cans, broom, mop tied to the back like a wedding cake and have her in it waving bye bye....
