I need to know how much batter you use for this pan. It is the loaf pan which measure 16"x4"x4 1/2". And also how long to bake it. Thanks for your help

OK, I got out my handy dandy calculator and here's what I came up with...
The pan you have holds 256 cubic inches (16 X 4 X 4)
A 12x12 square pan holds 288 cubic in. and calls for 10 cups batter.
A 9x13 sheet is 234 cubic in. and calls for 7 cups batter.

So...I think about 8 cups or so would do it.

Fill the pan 2/3rds full of water and pour it out in a measuring cup.
You can figure how much batter any pan holds w/this method.
