Is there anything I can add to a box confetti mix to make it extra mosit or give it that extra WOW!!

Pudding. You can also use milk instead of water. Sometimes I add one of the extracts ( lemon, mint, coconut, etc....).

I added a white chocolate pudding mix and subbed milk for the water and it tasted divine!

I always add 2 extra eggs, sub milk for the water, add 1 tsp vanilla flavoring and add 1/2 cup of applesauce - it is amazing the difference this makes!

when i make pretty much any cake i add buttermilk instead of the water, and im told that my cakes are the best... My grandmother and mother did this and it followed me.. It doesnt change the taste but it makes the cakes so moist.. I did a wedding cake last weekeed one layer was red velvet, one was champagne, and the other chocolate and i used buttermilk in all of them and i got 5 orders from that wedding, so im guessing they are good.....
