Is it possible?
I wanted to make scratch Angel food cupcakes (never done before - is that even possible?) and then use the buttercream dream icing on it to make a flat top cupcake cake.
Are the Angel Food cupcakes going to be stable enough to support the icing (minimal decorations) or will they deflate under the buttercream?
Would a box mix be more sturdy, I've made angel food cakes before from scratch and have a great recipe my boyfriend loves, but need cupcakes for this instance.
