Are you supposed to ice black bottom cupcakes? I am trying to expand my recipes for cupcakes and I am sooooooo new to baking. It is probably a stupid question but I had to ask.

Thanks,
Mikki

Do you mean the ones with the cream cheese and chocolate chips on top?

No, you do not normally put icing on them.

Its so funny you bring this up, I just made them for the first time this weekend. The book I used mentioned nothing of icing, and after tasting them I would agree to not put anything on them.

And on a personaly note they didnt really blow my skirt up. My mom said they tasted good but i didnt really like them, to each their own lol!

Does anyone ever make these in mini's? If yes, how long do you bake them?

Thanks -
