Iam leaving here in Qatar and there's no ready made fondant available here, so I'm planning to make it my self but the problem is gluccose syrup is only avialable once in a blue moon. so is there another alternative for glucose.

Can I also use MMF for molding 3D Characters?

Thank you[/b]

Use light corn syrup as a straight sub for glucose. Sorry, I don't know anything about MMF.

Corn syrup can be used, but you might want to reduce the water in the recipe a little bit to make up for the extra water in the corn syrup. MMF can be molded, but it is best if you can add a little Tylose powder to it, or mix it 50/50 with gumpaste. It gives it more elasticity.
