I am making 125 cupcakes for a wedding on Saturday. I have made 5 batches of Indydeb's buttercream frosting. I am going to use a 1A tip to swirl the frosting on. Do you think this is enough frosting? I need to color it a light lavender but I don't want to do it until I know that I have enough frosting. Thanks for everyone's help.
I think each cupcake would take about 1/4 cup frosting.
