Hello everyone,
I will be attempting to make a bridal shower cake w/ a Hawaiian theme. I would like to add starfish, fish, seashells to my cake. How do I go about making these? Should I use fondant? Never have used it, but I can try! Would I just have to use a cookie cutter in these shapes? How do I attach them to a buttercream cake? Thank you!!!

You can use fondant or gumpaste, even melted candies, depends on the effect, but here's a link to some molds that a lot of people use to get a realistic effect!
