My mom is making my wedding cake which I want to be shaped like an elegant sandcastle, but she does not think she can make a detailed, edible topper. I'm fine with that, I just want a topper that flows with the rest of the cake and truely looks like the top of a sand castle. Any ideas?

I did a "sandcastle" wedding cake with a simple gumpaste banner as the topper. It had the initials of the couple inscribed on it in royal icing....
