I have worked with fondant only a few times, and they were mainly just for practice. Since I wasn't too concerned about taste (and I didn't know any better at the time) I just used Wilton. Well, I'm going to make a book cake for a friend that just recieved her master's degree in elementary education. I want to cover the cake with fondant that actually tastes good. I was thinking of ordered Satin Ice. What is the best place to order it from? The party is on Sep 20th, so I have about a month. TIA!

Be sure to link to them from here on CC, rather than typing their URL into your browser; that way CC gets a little bit of the sale to help the site thumbs_up.gif
