I am trying to start a small cake and cookie decorating business at home. My biggest challenge is finding ingredients at prices low enough and in big enough quantities to cover what I do and still make a small profit.

after several hours on-line searches I still can't find a place for jimmies wehre the cost is below $4.50 a lb when you add in shipping. Where are the wholesalers????

Can anyone give me advice on where to find quality products that won't break my budget?

One needs to have a license in order to buy wholesale. You have to prove you are a business - often having to supply a photo of your storefront, your business listing in the phone book etc, etc before they will sell to you.
