I would like everyone's opinions on what brand colors they use to dye their royal icing and icings. I have not had the best luck with Wilton being vibrant and find it virtuallly impossible to get red or black. I would love you guys' opinions.

Well...I have used and like all of them for different reasons...Americolor for the ease in the flip top bottle and 3 sizes available..Wilton is good but I find it a nusance to have to dig the color out with a toothpick..and I find it hardens faster..don't like how much you need to get a deep color though.Chefmaster is good also...easy flip top bottles,good color depth...It just depends on what you like and the availablility of all the brands.
