Does anyone use the cartons of egg whites? They seem awfully chemically to me, but I don't see why they wouldn't bake okay. My kids are getting pretty tired of egg yolk frittatas!
I use them every time I bake, every week. They work wonderfully. Just make sure to shake before using as the instructions say. Of course I use the Walmart brand and save money.
