"just Whites" Type Products...

Does anyone use the cartons of egg whites? They seem awfully chemically to me, but I don't see why they wouldn't bake okay. My kids are getting pretty tired of egg yolk frittatas!

I use them every time I bake, every week. They work wonderfully. Just make sure to shake before using as the instructions say. Of course I use the Walmart brand and save money.

Cool! Thanks! I think in the long run it would actually save me money. And if not that at least time and sanity!
