I got the present cutter from http://www.cincicakeandcandy.com

You could change the appearance, but here it is as a birthday gift/present.

They have the cutters at Hobby Lobby. Here's the Crafts Etc. link http://www.craftsetc.com/store/item.aspx?ItemId=81563&dep=75&cat=60&subcat=60&Search=Y but they have the exact same stuff in the Hobby Lobby stores.

They carry three different sizes. When I made them, I used MMF on the cookie, then cut strips of MMF with an herb mincer to be the ribbons. Here's what the herb mincer looks like: http://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-media/product-gallery/B000WEKLEO/ref=cm_ciu_pdp_images_0?ie=UTF8&index=0 I bought it at Target for $5 and it's great for cutting narrow strips of fondant.
