I covered this cake http://www.cakecentral.com/cake-photo_1253424.html with Satin Ice fondant this week and it rolled beautifully, draped and smoothed perfectly. I couldn't believe it. I ususally find it too stretchy. My biggest trouble this time was getting it out of the bucket! It was suctioned in I think!

So I'm a fan again of SI Fondant. Still not sure about the gumpaste. It's way too soft for me still.

The gumpaste flowers and foliage were made with Nick's gumpaste. Ready made and some I made.
