I am having a really hard time coming up with a set price list for my services. I have cupcakes down, but cakes I'm so lost on. Do you guys use Wilton for servings? I am just getting frustrated, I tried using Alice's matrix, which is awesome, but I'm confused on that. Any suggestions on how to get something in order. I think I'm loosing business by not having a set price list to show potential customers. I am just starting to get a lot of inquiries, but I feel so unorganized price wise right now.

I'm not sure if it helps, but Wilton's serving is equal to one cupcake (according to JKalman) Most people charge according to Wilton's wedding chart, so if you have pricing for your cupcakes, you should use the same price per piece of cake. How are you figuring your pricing now?
