Okay, Ive decided my pans suck! So i'm in the market for new ones and I thought I would ask the experts. There's so many to choose from! Silicone, stone ware, aluminum. My pans are shallow...which I hate!
So what's your favorite pan and why?
I shop frequently at the local restaurant supply stores. The ones near me also sell to the general public.
There I bought two professional cupcake pans which have 24 cavities in them. These are heavy-gauge aluminum, which offers better heat distribution than the pans you buy in regular stores. These pan fit into my regular house oven, and give me the ability to bake off an entire batter at one time.
They sound great! I like the idea of 24 cavities too! I'll have to see if I have a local supply store around. Or maybe there's one online?
