This recipe is excellent but the cake is so moist that it crumbles, is there a way to correct this?

What type of cake are you making? I use that recipe all the time and it's my absolute favorite but it doesn't hold up very well to carving or tiered cakes (if you put it on the bottom), it's fine in the middle or top though. I don't have any problem with it being crumbly?

I've used this recipe a number of times and I find it to be a great texture.... cuts great! Are you carving or just making regular cake?

small sheet cake...I have to cover it in fondant and I am worrying that the cake may crumble on me.
