I am new at this but could someone help me out?

HOw do you put the icing on the cupcakes when they are shaped into something? Example: A soccer ball, how do you keep the cupcakes from moving?

You mean like a cupcake cake?

I lay everything out into the shape I want on the board, and then apply a small amount of icing on the bottom of the cupcake to keep it in place.
