I've been asked to decorate a cake for a diabetic. I've seen cake and icing recipes that were sugar free but never a decorators icing recipe. Does anyone know of one? What about cake recipes that are actually tasty?

Thanks!

I made an icing using the dream whip, sf pudding mix and milk but it was really thick and you could see the pudding grains in the mix. I added cream to it and eventually it became a Mousse but it did taste good. and you could decorate with it since it was so thick.

I've switched all my baking for our house to this. I tastes and bakes JUST LIKE sugar! They even make powdered sugar, but I haven't tried it yet...
