Can someone tell me if I need to put the cake in the fridge if I torte tonight and decorate tomorrow? Or do I freeze. This is the first time That I don't have the friday off before the wedding so now I am unsure what to do. I have the cakes torted.
Mainly I am worried about one of my tiers with a raspberry filling. This is the filling I used:
I can't find info if it needs to stay cool or not

You should be ok. I use this raspberry filling often. I've left it out at room temperature for a day or more with no problems.
