ok, so i have a cake due tomorrow and am not sure what do to. she wants a 12in round cake made to look like a stack of records, with the top one to have a label with happy bday. anyway, she wants chocolate icing, i've never made a choc. icing. My normal icing is buttercream dream. I've found recipes on here, but how do i choose which one? Any suggestions? the sides of the cake will have grooves made to look like the records, so i need something i can work with. PLEASE HELP!

You can add cocoa to the buttercream dream to make chocolate.

I know! It's a shame I gave that cake away, I could use a nice big slice of it right now!
