It has been a long time since I visited your site, but I'm so glad to know there is a site out in cyber world for when i need some good sound advice.
At one time I was trying to start my own bakery, but I have let it fall by the wayside, only because some other opportunities came around, but I still do some baking on the side, just not as my main source of income. Kudos to all of you who are putting in the hard work and have the determination to keep going.
Anyway, I have agreed to bake a wedding cake for my niece in December. This will be her present from our family. She wants a tiered cake, hexagon shape and it needs to feed 250 people. Can someone please tell me what sizes I should use?
