good morning. A few weeks ago a bride brought me a Thomas Kindcade picture of a gazebo and said she love it, and wanted her wedding cake to look something like it. But yet still sort of simple and plain at the same time. She wants the bride and groom in the middle of two teirs. I finely came up with a design for her after looking through the galleries here. I'm going to do the sides on the bottom teir in a chriscross lattice half way up the side of the cake. Does anyone has any good suggetstions on how to keep the lattice lines straight and evenly spaced? Any advice would be greatly appericated before I actully start decorating this thing. I have a picture in my head of how I want the cake to look, just not sure if I can pull it off or not. It's been a long, long time since I've done a wedding cake.
