I did a standing cat cake once. I'm sure that a pony would be similar. I do have a drawing that will give you great ideas on how to accomplish it. Give me a few minutes to find it!

Oh, and here's the pic of my cat cake - small, but you get the idea.

There's also a bunch of cakes out there of a horse that is laying down, with it's head upright where people have used the lamb pan (?) to make it. Maybe if you do a search in the gallery of horse cakes, you'll see some.

Thank you, thank you! A friend is needing help making a tradional pinata cake (Donkey) and I had no hits on my request with that! Your cat is absolutely adorable and I so appreciate your help.
