Is there such a thing? Besides adding caramel extract to the buttercream recipe. I have a bride & groom that are requesting it as a filling with a chocolate cake.

Thanks in advance!! thumbs_up.gif

they make a caramel ice cream topping tht comes in a squeeze bottle like chocolate syrup. I think that would probably be easy to use in BC because its alot softer and combines well.

I add a can of boiled condensed milk to buttercream for a filling, and it's delicious!

Thank you! I should've added that =) I actually used the caramel they sell for dipping apples in. Just microwaved it for like 20 seconds and it worked fine. But the ice cream topping sounds good, I love the way it tastes!

Isn't that how they make the Dulche De Leche filling?
