I have an 11x15 due for next Tuesday. The customer wants a really long saying on there. The theme is "Health Care Heroes" I wanted to do something like the attached pic for the overall design. How in the world do I fit: "Thanks to our Cactus Health Heroes. National Health Centers Week 2008" on a cake and still have room for the design part??!!

Can you write the phrase AROUND the cake on the sides?

Maybe a long banner attached at each end to dowels that sticks up out of the cake?

Two pennants (sp?) with the two lines, stuck into opposite sides of the cake?

A wavy banner that lays across the cake?
