Help With Coffee Buttercream

I lost my recipe for coffee buttercream icon_cry.gif Does anyone have a good coffee buttercream recipe OR how do I flavor my regular buttercream with coffee. THANKS!!!

if you add the 2 T of water/milk to your buttercream recipe, I would mix a tablespoon of instant coffee into the water and let it dissolve then add it to the recipe (4c PS, 1 c shortening, 1 t Vanilla, pinch of salt).

If you want a little extra something, you can also add a tablespoon or 2 of Kalhua. Yummy!

I made a batch of Italian meringue coffee buttercream two weeks ago for the first time. I replaced the water in the recipe with fresh coffee and it tasted just like coffee ice cream.
