I have my 1st wedding coming up and i am really nervous. I need some advice on pricing. The bride wants it to feed 200 people. She wants 3 tiers 10,8,6. a OSU "O" cake for the groom and the rest in sheet cakes the tiers she wants fondant ribbon around the bottom of each tier and scrolling on the sides.. Please help! I don't want to over charge, but I want to make something. Thanks for any advice! icon_cry.gif

I feel for you. I, too, hate wedding cake pricing. One thing that you can do is call around your area and see what everyone else charges. You could use that as a guideline. Also, I heard once that you should charge 4X what it costs you to make. Don't know if that helps or not! I've been doing weddings for a few years now and I still don't like the pricing part!!
