I am running to the store right now. I am out of cream cheese and I just pray they have enough red food coloring. Could you use any color and make it a blue or yellow or green or something instead? Could be cute for a kids or specialty cake item.

I suppose you could! I don't know why you couldn't substitute a different color icon_smile.gif Although I've never tried it. It's a crazy amount of red coloring, though!! I don't know why so much. My sis actually came over and made this cake at my house last night icon_biggrin.gif Her oven broke. icon_razz.gif

Very small with very rural stores. Limited availability in certain times of the year for juyst about everything.
