Make a white chocolate raspberry whipped ganache to fill a white cake with...

24 oz white chocolate
10oz heavy cream
2oz raspberry flavor

mix the cream and flavor and pour over white chocolate that has been chopped

Microwave for 90 seconds, stir well until the chocolate is completely melted, micro 10 secs longer if needed

Allow the mixture to cool completely, then whip with a wisk attachment on your mixer till light and fluffy, don't over whip

You are very welcome... I used it for an order today and they called me while eating it to RAVE about how good it was!
I used it with a chocolate fudge cake!
It is also good with almond cake!
Bon Appetit!

The White Chocolate Whisper cake in the Cake Bible is great.

This is a good raspberry filling from CC:

There is a "tweaked" version that suggests adding some raspberry liquor in place of the water.

I make a white chocolate WASC like this

1 box white cake mix
1 cup four
1 cup sugar
4 eggs (you can use only whites if you want brite white cake)
2 tsp clear vanilla
1 cup prepared white chocolate jello brand pudding
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup Creme de Cocao liquor
1/3 cup water
If the batter doesn't taste strong enough of chocolate you can always add in a box of white chocolate pudding powder at the end...

FANTASTIC with the white chocolate/raspberry whipped ganache!
