crusting buttercream for a book cake , has anyone tried this buttercream for their cakes, or do you do sugarschacks for your cakes? I see most people say they use buttercream for their book cakes, I wonder which one, please help. I am doing a cookies n cream filling.
I use crusting buttercream for nearly all of my carved cakes and it's fine.
Unless I am mistaken SugarShacks is a crusting buttercream.
I use my regular (crusting) buttercream for everything really. And my regular better cream is crisco, ps, water and flavors.
