Stable Oreo Cookie Filling W/o Whip Cream?

I want a stable oreo cookie filling w/o whip cream, can I use IMBC or SMBC?

Just crush up oreos and mix with your favorite buttercream. Definitely better the next day after the oreos have softened and the buttercream takes on some of the flavor.

Ditto - I do this one a lot! Also, grasshopper cookies work well too if you want it "minty" icon_biggrin.gif You can throw ANYTHING in buttercream!

Make your favorite chocolate ganache (white, milk or dark) and fold in the crushed oreos... heat stable filling and very yummy! (white ganache with oreos is my favorite!)

I throw mine into WBC butter cream..Yum!!!
