I have a wedding shower cupcake tower due tomorrow... Bride was a girl I used to work with so I am giving her a super good deal...(I offered when I first started decorating, and she remembered ) Anyway, she wants lemon filling, or raspberry filling, and I can pick the flavor of the cake.... SOoooo.... being as though I am only charging $1/serving (each cuppie will either have a gumpaste sunflower or sugar bee) I don't want to make more than one cake flavor... I'm planning on filling half the cuppies with raspberry and the other half with lemon curd, but I'm not sure about lemon and almond... Has anyone had this? Please give some advice TIA
When I use my lemon curd I omit the almond and substitute vanilla.

Thanks! I didn't see your post until now... Anyway, I ended up making French Vanilla and Lemon Curd and WASC and raspberry
