so i am going to make a red velvet cake and i wanted to make it with fondant so i can decorate it.
i am not sure which icing to use on the cake but i heard cream cheese is good with red velvet.
and i am not sure if i should frost the cake then apply the fondant on top??
or how does that work
any ideas or website that explain how to use fondant.
You will not be able to use cream cheese under fondant. Cream cheese has to be refrigerated and fondant cannot be refrigerated.
