I can't find this anywhere. I can find sky blue, royal blue and plain blue. So does anyone know how to make it? or where I can buy it where shipping won't be too much.

I was told to mix royal blue with a touch of navy blue.

Cornflower is a light blue. Wilton makes a cornflower blue - looking at the color on the top I'd say mix up a pastel baby blue and add a touch of royal. I looked on the color charts and even googled it and couldn't find the right formula. I hope this helps you - I wish I could send you what I'm holding in my hand!

Cornflower blue came in the Wilton spring colors assortment and I just got the set a week ago at Walmart, and it was on clearance.
