Janice, do you mean the coffee creamer mixture you make or just liquid coffee creamer? Sharon just uses the powdered form I believe.

after i mix the powder up to make the liquid, I usually use all of it for the batch of icing I am making. but if i have some left over, i try not to go over a week. Do not why i decided on a week, I just did. HAHA
