hello!

i have a cake that was frosted and covered with crushed graham crackers that has been in the freezer for a little over a month. Do you'll think it is still good to use and what is the best way to thaw it? should i just leave it in the fridge overnight or should i leave it at room temperature for a couple of hours? will the icing slide off while the cake thaws?

thank you!

I would put in fridge to thaw slowly if you have the time. It should be ok even after a month.

It will be fine. You can leave it to thaw on the counter, but just leave it wrapped until it thaws. The icing should stay put too.
