Hello!! If anyone help! I have to make 80 cupcakes for saturday...they are regular vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting without any filling...

It's okay if I start today to bake them?? Because I am scared that they tend to get dry or get bad

Please!!!

Wrap them tight and freeze them. If you don't have the room for all of them just do what you can. It will at least cut down on your cooking time later in the week. You can decorate the ones that you froze while the other ones are cooling. HTH

Yep, I would freeze them as well. Typically I just put about 6 in a large freezer bag, and make sure they are kept flat until they're frozen. If you're feeling nitpicky, you can individually wrap in saran wrap then put them in the freezer bag.

The good news is that you can take them out and frost them right away.
