I need to find a Chocolate Buttercream recipe that does not call for milk. Does anyone know of one that they wouldn't mind sharing? I also thought of using my regular buttercream recipe and just adding chocolate but I'm not sure how much to add or what kind of chocolate to use. Any help would surely be appreciated.... The Chocolate Syrup b/c is very good:
(Only uses 1 Tbsp. milk, so you could probably substitute water, soy or rice milk and no one would even notice.)
Chocolate Decorator's b/c:
(Again, substitute water, soy or rice milk for the 2-4 Tbsp. milk)
Thanks sooooo much JanH. The Chocolate Syrup frosting sounds fantastic and that's the one I'm going with. I didn't see that in the recipes. Guess because I only looked at the buttercream recipes. I think this one will work just fine. Thanks again.......You've been a great help as always!!
