How many square feet is your space? Are you a bakery with an area for seating and customers? Are you a studio space? Just trying to get a feel for how big a space is needed.

I have 1150 sq ft and it's about 60/40 split between kitchen/front space. The front space is office, sampling area, counter with brochures, photos, books, display area for dummy cakes, retail space for cookie sales. Photos of the kitchen are in my Flickr site (link below).

This is a great question!! I have extra land that I want to put a building on, but I am not sure what size I will need for all of my equipment and work space.
This is not going to be an actually store front, just a separate kitchen type space. Which is required in Texas.
