OK, I'm a convert! I loooove SPS!! Used it on a 3 tier cake yesterday and it was so easy! The cake was picked up and made it perfectly!
Only problem I had was that I had trimmed the layers to 1 3/4", allowing 1/2" for the filling, frosting, fondant. somehow they settled, even though the layers had cooled for 12 hours before I leveled - ya think they'd be settled! so I had to torte each layer again and it was perfect!
