Hi there

I am hoping to make some modelled characters for my daughter's Christening cake using sugar modelling paste.

Does anyone know how far in advance I can make them? I would like to make them a few weeks beforehand so that I have time to re-do them if i make a mistake.

They will not be eaten - just for decoration only!
