Does anyone have a recommendation as to the best cutters to use for carnations? Thanks

I would just use different size circle cutters. I have been making them the "Wilton" way & don't like it. I haven't tried it yet but I think it would be easier & prettier if you used 3 or 4 different size circle cutters & stack them on top of each other going from largest to smallest. I'll try it tomorrow & get back to you~ icon_smile.gif

I use the 5 petal rose cutter to make carnations.

You use daisy cutters. Metal is best but Wilton sells the plastic ones. I just made one tonight as a matter of fact. The biggest pitfall was that my gum-paste wasn't thin enough and the weight pulled the petals down. So roll it paper thin.
