I'm baking WASC for the first time, the chocolate version, in mini loaf pans- what should be my starting time for them? I have 5 of them in the oven properly spaced. I set the timer at 15 mins since I can always bake longer, but can't fix it if it's overbaked.

I would start with 15 minutes but i would cut the oven down a little like to 325. I hope that helps
