I got this 18 lbs tub of Brill transmart Cream Cheese Icing for $2.00 at a local overstock store here in town. Great deal except the product is quite cream colored almost lite yellow and stiff and taste like it could be a base product. However when I looked at the Brill web site it is under ready to use icings. So I am confused. Does anyone know anything about this stuff and did I get a good deal or just a good lesson.

And of course family has plans for me tonight so I can't play with it till tomorrow. Just thought some of you guys might have some insight for a novice.
