I charge by the slice, it is easier that way I think pretty much cut and dry. I start at $4.00 per slice and add onto that. Fondant cake would be $4.25 for example. If there were fondant flowers, figures of any kind I charge from $20-$80 depending on how many figures and flowers. Your cakes are beautiful and they are worth more than $45.00!! I If your anything like me I start obsessing about my design as soon as someone asks for a cake!
